I really like the hotel, the room has everything you might need for a long stay. The only thing is the cable, it doesn't have many channels to watch. Be sure to ask for a non-smoking unit if you don't smoke, they will assign you a smoking unit for granted. It is a shame they don't have a fitness center or pool. It is pretty well located, close to a mall and good restaurants. Generally I am satisfied with what I paid. « less

Check in was a breeze. Staff was great! I was here for one night for a conference. Room was on the second floor and plenty of parking. Large room was clean. Large bathroom with plenty of hot water. Check out was great and Shirley was very pleasant! Grounds were quiet and clean. Very close to the mall and galleria. « less

Ms. Shirley has been very kind and helpful. Any minor issues that needed fixing were taken care of ASAP!!! There needed to be more people like her working the hotel chains. The way that she manages the staff is perfect. She presents a great example to all employees so the guest receive the best quality service during their stay. I will always use this property for my hotel stays .

My Fiance booked a room here at the Extended Stay America-Cumberland and the stay was great!! The staff's hospitality was awesome!! They made our stay that much more comfortable. The property is clean and automatically gives you a cozy feel. I recommend this hotel to anyone. Especially if you are just in town on business for a week or so. There are so many stores, restaurants and the mall close by. Very convenient to the downtown area as well. So if you are looking for that perfect spot to rest your head while in the Atlanta/Smyrna area, this is your spot!! « less
