Our hotel consists of Queen Deluxe (queen size bed with a pull out sofa) Our Queen Studio (queen size bed with lazy boy). All rooms have fully equipped kitchens, coffee makers, micro wave ovens, pots and pans and cooking utensils, full size refridgerators, and stoves with ovens. We have DVD players in all rooms, with spacious bathrooms. All rooms are tastefully decorated. We have 24 hour coin laundry area, with a 24 hr. gym. Elevators, and we are PET friendly (with a small pet fee).

We are located next to the Volusia Mall and surrounded by many restaurants, The Daytona Speedway is a walk away. We are 5 miles from the most famous beach in the world. An hours drive to Disney, Universal Studios, and famous St. Augustine.

Room was spacious and clean continental Breakfast was good. Enjoyed my stay. would stay again. Upon arrival we were greeted by a wonderful young lady who was very pleasant and accomodating. Throughout our stay EVERY person who worked the front desk greeted us each time we walked through the lobby to either leave to head to the beach, or return all tuckered out FROM the beach! Our favorite person was Ms. Martha (the morning shift). She was very friendly, respectful and personable in every way. Service all the way around was EXCELLENT! The room was comfortable, had a complete kitchen, excellent shower (you really appreciate that after a day at the beach), and we had a secure facility. My family and I had planned our spring break trip every since April 2012. The first hotel was not up to part so we began to look around and saw Extended Stay America across the street and said that looks like us. My husband went in and their was Ms. Martha, bright eyes and a beautiful smile that was just her. She is a wonderful person and we end up moving all of our other family members to Extended Stay America. Mr. Doug,works the front desk also but he was awesome too. we ask about things to do there at Daytona beach and he gave great information. We will, without a doubt stay there again.
