We absolutely love staying at the Red Roof Inn New Braunfels, because they have very clean rooms, and great friendly staff. The service we received from the staff was by far the best we yet to receive. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that is going to New Braunfels. We also had easy access to I35, not only that but had easy access to area restaurants. « less

My family and I love to go to this Red Roof Inn because it has a very helpful, friendly and polite staff, the facilities are in great conditions and very clean and it has a perfect location, it's close to all the malls and outlets we use to go. The manager is a very nice person who really cares about his guests and their satisfaction, just like his coworkers. I consider that the rates are very reasonable for the amazing service you are given, besides the hotel is very safe and calm, and if there is any problem, the staff will gladly help you solve it. « less
