Janice was extremely helpful with all of our questions. delicious breakfasts every morning. the room was clean and spacious. after check in we received a $20.00 gift card to a steak and seafood restaurant plus 10% off. what a wonderful beginning to our vacation. we always stay at holiday inn express hotels wherever we go on vacation. this way there are no unpleasant surprises. we want to give an especially big thank you to janice. she was always cheerful and helpful wether it was the beginning of her shift or the end. see you again in a couple of years. in the mean time we will be visiting other holiday inn express hotels in other areas of the country, custer south dakota is next. « less
