SPENCER'S FOR STEAKS AND CHOPS Our fine dining restaurant/bar is located in the lobby and is open for lunch Monday-Friday 11:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. Dinner is served Sunday - Thursday 5:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m., Friday and Saturday 5:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. TROFI RESTAURANT Breakfast served 6:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. Starbucks Coffee Bar is open from 6:00 AM – 5:00 PM. HEALTH FACILITIES Complimentary heated indoor pool, sun deck, and exercise equipment & facilities. Open from 5:00 am – 11:00 pm daily. The Retreat offers acupressure, Shiatsu, and general Swedish massage. Open 11:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday. Additional hours are available by appointment. Hotel guests receive a discount. GIFT SHOP Our gift shop offers sundries, Salt Lake City souvenirs, candy, tobacco, newspapers, ice cream, clothing, and much more. Open daily 7:00 am - 11:00 p.m. MEETING & CONVENTION SERVICES We offer over 24,000 square feet of meeting space comprised of 21 spacious meeting rooms.
