The outside of the property is in desperate need of cleaning and repairs. The room was clean but needed to be updated. I didn't feel comfortable or safe and would never stay at this hotel again. « less

My wife and I stayed there April 5th to attend the Charlotte Autofair. This property is run down....the lobby was in need of a facelift, the overall outside appearance was really getting shabby. Our room was clean but the tv was ancient and very dark making it difficult to view anything. The fan in the bathroom did not work and neither did the alarm clock....it had no display at all. I am sure that no Quality Inn executives would not want to stay in this place so why would I?? This Hotel would make a good Under Cover Boss segment. « less

The Hotel staff was phenomenal. They catered to the needs of every costumer despite being extremely busy. The business was well organized and efficient in their work. I had to call down for an extra towel and they delivered it quickly and again kindly asked if anything else was needed. Also, the location was amazing. The hotel was close to the airport and downtown. I enjoyed my experience and will be staying here again in the future.
Lastly, the beds were GREAT! Best night sleep in a while. « less
