I stayed here for two nights on business. The check-in was prompt. I was put on the spg floor in an access room, which is configured for wheelchair access. This was my only slight complaint about the stay. There was no bathtub and the shower was simply an open floorspace, so the water went everywhere. The lighting in the bathroom was very dim. Otherwise the room was spacious and comfortable and reasonably clean. The roomservice is prompt (30 minute guarantee or it's free) and the food quality fine. The gym was spacious and well equipped. you have to pay for wi-fi, which is a downside. All told I would stay again. « less

Brooke, Hannah, and Francisco made our stay here at the Sheraton first-class. Hotel is located in downtown Denver, on the 16th Street Mall, which is still a work in progress. During the day, no issues with roving around, going to all the stores. There's a big Barnes & Noble a block away that has great selection and coffee/pastry bar with very personable staff. By 8PM, stores close and the neighborhood is rough. Staff at the Sheraton was very efficient and friendly, from initial contact at the front desk to the staff throughout the hotel. Great gym, very well thought out, plenty of weights, machines and aerobic equipment. Towels and headphones provided. One of the nicest I've seen. Room (I had a junior suite), was roomy, bed extremely comfortable but pillows were crushy, which is not my personal preference. Similar to other Sheraton hotels, there were not enough electrical outlets for the usual compliment of electronics and the table space was very small. You make do, but the work space was small for a suite. I really liked the optional program that awards 500 extra points if you agree to forego towel and maid service for short stays. Works for me, and the program is completely up to you. The room had enough towels for one person for a week, so no problems with that. Bathroom amenities were citrus-y, not too strong. Flat screen TVs with a kabillion channels. Considering the location of the hotel, there was visible security. I don't much like downtown Denver, but I would stay here again. This is a very well-run hotel, the attention to detail is evident. « less
