I am down here for business the first room they put me in is smoking even tho it says non. The second room is by the freeway! I am working nights and all the other rooms that are further from the noise are smoking! I stayed for two and a half weeks not once did I receive room service. Three days before I was suppose To leave the key suddenly stops working! Nobody is at the front desk! I had to wait over and hour for someone to come! I will never stay here again and encourage everyone to stay away! It is not worth it! Trust me and everyone else that gives it to you straight! It's a crappy place to stay for any amount of time! « less

My family and I will be in town for the next 10 months, and will not stay here again after this month.. « less

I stay here often and for long periods of time. I never have had a bad experience. The service is good. The staff are always willing to be of help. They are now providing breakfast in the morning and they are flexible about our needs. I'm not a fan of smokers and they have stringent rules to keep cigarette smoke from getting into the rooms. But they also provide rooms for smoking. They are pet friendly, which comes in handy. Rooms come with a refrigerator, microwave, and stove so that you are not forced to eat junk food, although there are numerous restaurants (fast food and sit down) within a few miles and there are multiple grocery stores around as well. « less

I'm disabled, but was told upon checking in that only upstairs rooms were available - and NO elevator. Upon checking in (and the room was at an extreme distance from the office, three wings away: I discovered that I had no bath towels; staff promised but didn't deliver them - and as I was already prepared to shower AND on a time schedule, this was a huge nuisance. Pretty noisy - room was near highway. VERY VERY limited "breakfast" - tiny pre-packaged 'buns', small apples/oranges and coffee. Other Extended Stay locations were absolutely wonderful, but not this one... Can't really recommend. « less
