Stayed here after the car show and it was a very decent nights sleep. Close to stores and has a amazing steakhouse on location. The only complaints I have are the "free" breakfast was a madhouse. The resturant was very poorly staffed and the only waitress on staff was running the whole show. It looks like the hotel and the resturant need to have some sort of commumication as to the number of people coming in for the breakfast. Our room had water damage on the wall and had a slight smell to it « less

My son was in the Kingston Hospital and this hotel was very close. We where meant with very nice desk clercks & I was ammazed at how clean & tidey the whole place was. Our room was very roomy and came w/all accomidations. The mattress was VERY comfortable. It has a very nice large pool and an attached restaurant & lounge with great food & prices. We went every weekend for 6 weeks, My son is being moved to a Rehab center in Schenectady NY and I hope we have the same luck with there Quality Inn. « less

Rooms are fine, but that is about it. Here are the problems: hallways freezing cold, no heat on; water temp not hot enough; awful wifi though Im not sure if that is their fault. For the most part desk staff acts as if you are bothering them; for two days nobody could give me change of a $10 or $20 bill...... either at the front desk or the adjacent restaurant...Get this one, you need your room key to swipe the coffee machine for your compimentary coffee, that is until they put a sign on it saying out of order. Absolutely no security whatsoever, you can gain entrance at side doors without a key (but dont take a cup of coffee without one!). I am a platinum member so Ive been to many of these and while most are decent no way I would recommend this one. « less

I arrived to a parking lot full of cars that belong to the auto dealer across the street and minimal parking in coew of the lobby, proceeded to check in to my reserved room, and was barely acknowledged by the guy behind the reception desk. I find this unusual, as I am a platinum member of this chain's loyalty program. He had me sign, the. Told me I would have to get back in to my car to get to my room. I protested that "outbudings" were against my company's policy, and that room access had to be from the interior of the hotel via lobby access. I told him i am staying aline, and that feels unsafe to me. Are there any other eooms available? He then told me I could walk through the double doors and access my room... A trek down the hallway and up a flight of stairs... Still going, still going... Hallway is freezing, and there is a funky smell... Stairwell was toast warm, though. My room, which he knows I will be accessing via the main corridor is the absolute furthest possible from the lobby- last room, around a corner, with adjacent stairwell access and outdoor access to building! Not feeling very safe, a woman staying alone. I trek bck down the cold, smelly hallway, and down the warm stairs and ask for a manager (it is 6pm); no manager on premises. I ask for another room. He says I will have to settle for 2 queens if I want to chane rooms. He couldn't offer me that when I checked in? He then insists that I got the room I booked, and I had no special requests on my reservation, and if I don't want the last room in the building I need to make that request at the time of reservation. I made the request at check-in, and he failed o describe the alternative option, the burden if hospitality was on him. This place has now landed on my company's "do not rebook list." « less
