I went to the Quality Inn for a business meeting with the owner and General Manager. Since this meeting was more oriented towards strategy, I did not do a full tour of the property, but I did experience the lobby, staff, location, and was able to see a room. The lobby was large and inviting. It allowed ample 'nooks' for guests to sit and read, work, and/or relax. Staff immediately greeted me upon entering, and really seem to get service, as I watched their interactions with guests while waiting for my meeting to start. This hotel has a full-service licensed bar on site, and one of the best free breakfast buffets I have ever seen. Also on-site is a hot-tub, sauna, fitness center and an indoor/outdoor pool. A really nice courtyard sits outside, walled in by the hotel, and adjacent to the pool. Rooms are large and spacious with flat panel TVs, internet access and a system which allows guests to hook their phone, computer or other audiovisual system to the TVs. Amenities include soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, refrigerator, microwave, and other standard hotel amenities you would expect from a hotel of this rating.This hotel has also won a Gold Award from Choice hotels for three consecutive years (2010-2013), and participates in green initiatives. The location is also great, just off of I-24 with plenty to do around the property. In closing, I would certainly recommend this hotel for any type of traveler or group.

Property Description

The three time Choice Hotels Gold Hospitality Award (2011-13)and 2013 Trip Advisor Certificate of Excellence winning Quality Inn Exit 4, is Clarksville's Full Service Hotel. As Clarksville's only property offering a free full buffet breakfast, we offer 143 spacious rooms, each including 32" flat panel TVs with multi-media hookups, Microwave/refrigerator, free wireless and wired high speed internet access. The lobby and "Qualidome" area include a full service Business Center with complimentary computers and printers, a full service restaurant and cocktail lounge, indoor and outdoor pools, sauna and whirlpool. Banquet rooms total 3100 sq ft which can be broken down into 4 rooms or one large room. On site catering can accomodate up to 250 at a sit down dinner. The hotel is ideally located close to the new Hemlock Plant, Fort Campbell, and the Clarksville Industrial Park.
