Conveniently located off of the I-80 exit, this newly renovated hotel is a great choice. The rooms are larger than most of the newer Express locations, no complaints here! The staff (front desk) was extremely friendly and immediately acknowledged my Priority Club membership. My online request away from the elevator was taken care of, no problem. Breakfast area was newly renovated with a good selection of food. Sheetz is across the street for gas/snacks/food or travel a few minutes into town for restaurants. The in room desk had extra outlets, right on the desk, for your laptop and/or cell phone. Flat screen TV was also included. Sheets and room were clean. Bathroom included a large rain style shower head. « less

Renovations were under way but there was no disruption to our stay; even the workmen were nice here. Conveniently located just off I-80. Just stayed one night but would stay again if making an west-east trip across PA. « less

I thought staying here and paying the extra money compared to other hotels in the area it would be much better but definitely was not worth it... if you're looking for somewhere to stay that will keep you cool here is not the place. !!! « less

I am so sorry you did not enjoy your stay here at the Holiday Inn Express. As noted in another review we are currently upgrading to make the hotel new and refreshed. The issue you had with the air conditioner, is a manufactoring issue The placement of the thermostat that are air and heats units, do not function well with a/c when the outside weather is cold, the units think it is cooler than what it really is, as it is reading the outside temperature and not the acutal room temperature. I really wish you would have contacted the desk again and we would have certainly explained it to you more thoroughly I do apologize that you did not enjoy your stay at the Holiday Inn Express as we strive for guest satisfaction.

Breakfast in morning was superb! Highly recommend this particular Holiday Inn Express as I have stayed at many but this is clearly the best!!! Doreen was very accommodating! « less

Relatively new hotel located just off the interstate. Truck stops located next door but you don't hear them. Very clean and a very accommodating staff. Pool and work out facility. Nice breakfast selection. Very good Italian restaurant located about 5 miles away called Luigi's. Hotel staff will recommend it also. I stay here about twice a month while traveling on business. Probably the best hotel in the area by selection. I would recommend this location for the business traveler or the family. « less
