We have stayed here before, this time we had a one bedroom suite, very specious, , staff friendly. Great for families, full kitchen with a balcony great to sit and eat takeout. It has washer and dryer and dishwasher. You can get supplies across the road at public which has anything you can think of. my birthday while we were there they sent me balloons and a box of candies which was a lovely surprise. Rooms are cleaned late, be careful if you have you do not disturb sign on as they will not service you room as they take it you don't want it cleaned. « less

As a Hilton Grand Vacation unit owner elsewhere. We decided to try the Orlando resort. The pictures used to describe the facility concentrate on the exterior grounds, which is as it should be. The pools and the landscaping are to die for. The rooms are another story!
Our two-bedroom, two bath unit could best be described as shabby. Uncomfortable living room seating with no pillows. Frayed curtains. Inadequate lighting everywhere except the kitchen. Mattresses that needed replacement. Noise levels between units that were unacceptable. Generally unattractive decorations. And last but certainly not least was the lack of sufficient parking near the units. It is not acceptable to offer distant parking with a shuttle for family style accommodations. Another distraction was late night remodeling of another unit making noise at nearly ten PM and the constant day time distraction of some sort of nearby helicopter ride.
On the upside was a very courteous and helpful staff. Room service did a superb job and the food service staff at the main pool was exceptional. The location couldn't be better for visiting Orlando attractions. A major outlet mall was within walking distance. My advice, ask for a unit in buildings three or four where adequate parking can be found. « less

Recently stayed here for 2 weeks, the rooms are amazing, lovely big bed, big tv, kitchen living room balcony, you really couldn't ask for more, less than half a mile from seaworld, it really is a great location. Unfortunately we didn't really spend much time at the hotel as we were so busy everyday. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and would definately stay again if I had the chance « less

The staff is very friendly and go out of their way to make sure you feel at home. The food and beverage manager went out of his way to help us setup for a graduation party. Every staff member pauses to say hello when they pass by. The resort is quiet but convenient to all the theme parks and restaurants. « less

The moment you open the door you feel happy. There is a full kitchen, dining area with a table for 4-6, nice size living room, screened in porch, large bathroom, and large bedroom. The pool is great and the resort is very well manicured and extremely clean.
Right through a gate on the property you can access the outlets without having to deal with the paid parking at the outlets. There is a Publix grocery store literally less than a 1/4 mile away almost across the street and plenty of restaurants in the area. This is a wonderful place and we will be back.
Hilton has some excellent properties and this is one of them. You will like it! « less
