I love this hotel! My friends and I stayed for one night since we were in the area to see a concert at the Upstate Concert Hall. Guest services greeted us pleasantly, and within 5 minutes I had my keys and we headed upstairs. The room was lovely, the beds and pillows are incredibly comfy. There was a little sign that said "your duvet covers are also washed, everything is clean!" Which made me excited. Everything was perfect. The room even had a fridge and micro, which I normally never see a micro in room. The hotel is surrounded by restaurants, which makes life very easy. I would absolutely stay here again if I had the opportunity. « less

Very easy to reach from the highway. Hotel underwent some renovations, lobby and breakfast area are very nice. The rooms are nice and clean. But we had some difficulty with the room temperature, room doesn't have a thermostat to control it. Also breakfast was below the expected Hampton Inn standards. « less
