We stayed here for a couple nights in April and found the hotel fantastic. Firstly even though we arrived well before check in time the front desk staff found us a room that was already ready so we could check in right away. The room itself was clean, spacious and we may as well have been the only people on our floor because it was so quiet! The wifi when we were there worked fantastic also and the pool was clean and refreshing on a hot Orlando afternoon. With regard to location, you are within walking distance to lots of restaurants on I Drive and the trolley (really its a bus) stops right out the front. Wet N Wild is about a 3-5 min walk max up the road. We walked to Universal Studios each day, it took maybe 15-20 minutes. We took a cab back though which only cost like $10.00. The hotel does offer a free shuttle though if you would rather utilise that. For the price we paid this place is a bargain! I would definately recommend this hotel and would stay there again in a heart beat! « less

I have no complains about my staying at Rosen Inn. The rooms are quite comfortable, clean and have all the necessary resources for a vacation family. The breakfast it is very good with a lot of options for just $7. The juices are not included on the breakfast, it is a pity, you must pay extra money for it. The location is perfect, because there are a lot of restaurants nearby the hotel, giving you a opportunity for waking around. One of the ladies at the reception desk were not able to find out one package delivered and labeled to me for a product bought at amazon.com. But in the other hand, the other lady from the staff fix the problem with a very good competence. « less

I read a lot of reviews on here before booking this hotel and having returned I'd say they are all very accurate. It is a great value hotel for the location and overall we were very pleased with our choice. We didn't regret booking it at all. There were downsides that may bother others more than they bothered us, like the air conditioning being very loud. This has been mentioned in other reviews. But to be honest we were always so exhausted in the night that we slept well. We were on the 8th floor facing the pool and the highway noise was still very loud so I wouldn't want to have to sleep on a lower floor than that. Great location!We are fast walkers so it only took us 20 minutes to get to Universal by foot. Also there are some nice restaurant options within walking distance. If you don't have a car, which we didn't, this is a good option to you. One word of warning. Do not ask this hotel to call a taxi for you. We made this mistake on our return to the airport. The hotel clerk didn't phone us a taxi at all but a private van. There was no taxi metre or official taxi sign on it. The driver was very unfriendly and we were charged double the price of what a taxi would have cost, he also didn't give us our change. I give this hotel 4 out of 5 because of the low price we paid and location. « less

I stayed at the Rosen for two nights in lieu of staying at a conference hotel. The conference hotel was luxurious, and the price was great, but I was still able to secure the Rosen at 55% of the conference hotel price, and it was only a 5 minute drive away.
I was very satisfied. The hotel was clean, the staff were kind and courteous. It was quiet. There was nothing to complain about!
Though my conference offered a free breakfast, on the last day I overslept so took a breakfast at the Rosen before heading off for workshops. Breakfast was hot, delicious, and offered a number of choices. It cost just over $6.
The hotel is alos very close to Universal Studios theme park. I would definitely stay there again. « less

If you are looking for good value, clean and comfortable accommodation on International Drive, well then you can't go wrong with The Rosen Inn. Rooms are quite spacious, well equipped with hair dryer, safe and iron. Bathroom is absolutely tiny, but it does the job. Although happy with my stay, I can't give full marks as the WIFI was unreliable - between us we had 4 devices and we all had issues with connectivity. Other than that issue, can fully recommend this hotel. « less
