The desk agent was very accommodating and friendly. The pool water was very cold but adjusted to it anyway. My husband admired the whirlpool and used it before retiring. We had eaten before we got there but there are many good places to eat. The snack machines were very reasonable but we resisted. Even with construction crews staying the night, it was very quiet and the bed was very comfortable. No smoking atmosphere was very much appreciated. I would give the facility an "A" in my book... « less

The girls enjoyed swimming in the pool and the rooms were adequate, although my daughter-in-law found a hair in one of the beds. The breakfast was nothing special and some items were missing, so I thought the attendant should have been keeping a better eye on things. « less
