Property Description

213 Beautiful guests rooms of which 57 of them are studio suites which opened in April, 2008. Hotel is located off I-495/I-95 less than 1 mile south of Historic Old Town Alexandria and 7 miles south of the Mall in Washington, DC. Hotel offers plenty of free parking as well as 24 hour shuttle service to and from Reagan National Airport, Historic Old Town Alexandria and Huntington Metro Station. Standard rooms have been upgraded to have two queen size beds, all new furniture, carpet, HVAC units and wall covering. Bathrooms have new tiling, wood pedestal vanities and wall covering. Rooms have new microwaves, mini refrigerators, feature the "Cloud Nine" Hampton Inn bedding and have recently improved all guest room bathrooms with wood pedistal vanities with granite tops and new floor tiling.Studio Suites feature king size beds, full size pull out sofas and a wet bar area with micro wave and refrigerators. Relax and kick back with the 32" flat panel TV or surf the net with our free high speed internet service. Banquet and Meeting Space: Total of 4366 square feet of meeting and banquet space offers flexibility and savings. The Potomac Ballroom can accommodate up to 150 people in a banquet style set up. The Washington Room is ideal for small groups of up to 40 people. Both of these rooms can be separated into 2 rooms. The Jefferson Boardroom is preset with 12 chairs around an executive board table and the Mount Vernon Boardroom is ideal for 10 or less.Other amenities include a 24 hour business center, fitness room, outdoor swimming pool, coin operated washer and dryer and valet service Monday - Friday.
