There were no towels in the room. Called front desk and still didn't get any. I had to go get them.

TV broke first night and husband found bugs. I had to wait until next day to move to another room even though I did get a free night it was in a room with no microwave/refrigerator, so overall I was very disappointed. On the flip side, staff was very nice.

"Non smoking room smelled like smoke"
The non-smoking room I asked for smelled terribly like smoke! Breakfast was okay. I was grateful for the protein in the boiled eggs.
