Our professional group sales staff will anticipate the many details of planning your meeting, including transportation, arranging special events, meeting room set-up and catering.
Sunrise Springs has more than 7500 square feet of meeting spaces and even more flexibility. Our spaces are airy and filled with light. Banks of windows look out on the ponds, the garden or the Sangre de Christo mountains. These spaces are also self-contained with restrooms and, for the most part, the option to have catered meals served there.
•The Atrium seats up to 210 people theatre style or 136 banquet style in our largest space (2500 sq. ft.). It accommodates 30-60 people for yoga instruction.
•The Aspen comfortably seats 20 people at a central table, boardroom style, in an elegant setting with an additional sitting area with a Japanese fireplace.
•The Moon House seats 40-56 for dining/conference. Its wall of windows overlooks both natural spring fed ponds with a large outdoor patio beyond. In good weather including patio space, we can accommodate 80 for a banquet.
•The Willows is a two-story building with a great deal of flexibility. The second floor seats 50 theater style, 20 conference style. (Please note, the second floor is not universally accessible.) The first floor seats 50 for dining, and accommodates 20-30 for yoga instruction upstairs.
