Filthy, holes in the walls, electrical outlets hanging out of the walls, baseboards pulled away from the walls, hairs on the bedding, the bases of the two beds were unfinished boards that had been bolted together. Ants crawling all over the sink and counter in the morning. Sadly that was the only place we had chosen to set our things because the room was sooo gross!! We would not have stayed except that we were returning from spring break and had been driving for 16 hours and everything else was booked up.
No one would shower. We just wanted to get out without touching anything. My 11 and 15 year old daughters slept in jeans and hoodies, tucking their hair in their hoods, trying not to touch the bedding. My 15 year old said that it seemed like the kind of hotel someone might get murdered in.
I had booked the hotel months in advance thru booking.com and received confirmation. When we arrived they had not held our reservation (a non-smoking room). They said that my Discover Card had not gone thru when I booked the room months ago. I stated that I had never ever had a credit card issue and that I had been using the card daily. I also stated the the other hotel that I had also booked thru booking.com had had no issues. They could not explain why they had not contacted me or tried again. By the way, they charged that same credit card that night for the room with no problems. They only had one room available, it REAKED of cigarette smoke, and was awful. They also upcharged me for one of my daughters, even though kids under 15 supposedly stay free in available beds. I had booked a room with 2 beds for myself and 2 children, one 11 and one 15. The staff were very rude!!!! The outside noise level was so loud that my daughter said it sounded like the door was open all night. « less

First they gave me a rate of $59, and it went up to $67, which I happily signed off.
Then a week later, I noticed they charged my card for $75.
I tried to discuss this amicably with the manager "Sarah" Obviously she does not understand what the "hospitality" industry is all about she actually even raised her voice at a customer Wow... I just took care of it through my credit card company
It is not legal to charge someone's credit card with proper authorization kind of like what our mothers used to tell us... "you can't just take someone's candy without permission" common sense missing criminal behaviors happening
Not to mention that inside of the hotel was absolutely filthy I drove 18 hours straight before getting there so luckily I was just there to sleep but I made sure to pretty much wrap up the bed with "clean" ish towels

Unbelievable poor customer service. The General Manager of the property is rude, arrogant and practices outside the standard industry policies for travel agents and guests. When botht he guest and travel agent tried to cancel a reservation with at least 24 hour notice, per the written hotel policy, she refused to accept the cancellation thus insiting on charging one nights rate. I do not recommend this hotel. « less

Booked 2 rooms for 3 nights. Problems started immediately upon arrival. When the attendant tried to pull up our reservation in the system he was not able to locate us. He had to call someone else in to find us. When they finally did find it they had our rooms wrong with two full sized beds instead of kings in each room. They were able to get one of the rooms we had requested but not the second one. We had also requested that our rooms be side by side and been told that there would be baby beds provided for each room which was not the case at all. Once checked in we found that one of the rooms was right next door to a party going on with people spilling out into the balcony area in front of their second story room. The continental breakfast was a joke. The office was under construction which was actually going on with dust in the air while people were trying to eat. Due to all of the issues we decided to skip our last night at this hotel (motel). When we went to the front desk for our early checkout they tried to tell us that we couldn't do that and would still be charged. I went ahead and did it anyways and contacted hotels.com who credited me for the last night with no prob. As we were packing our vehicle to leave the man who originally checked us in stood at the corner of the building and watched our every move which was really creepy. As we pulled out of the parking lot I could see that the creepy man was immediately going into the room. Do not stay here! This is an old creepy, ghetto motel. Spend the extra $20-$50 and stay somewhere that you can feel safe and comfortable. « less
