I stayed here this week for a business meeting. I didn't have a car and was driven by a colleague. I was a bit nervous as we drove up and there's a big fence around the place - not sure what that's for. ;-)
The lobby and hotel room was very nice and updated. It was a long walk to my room, but it wasn't bad. My room overlooked a busy road, but the road noise was not intrusive.
It had a large screen TV with HD channels which was nice.
The hotel is very isolated - no restaurants or much of anything in walking distance. I decided to eat in the Bistro. I had a chicken Caesar salad which was very good and quite large. I also ordered a hummus appetizer to take to my room.
The price was quite good, the service was good, and the food was pretty good. « less

If staying here I would request an inside corridor room due to loud interstate traffic. Bed was comfortable but if your a light sleeper the traffic will keep you awake. « less

This Courtyard is a great place to stay if you are using the Memphis Airport. The shuttle ride is relatively short and the driver is helpful and friendly. The rooms are typical Courtyard. Ours was clean and well maintained. Close to the Airport but did not notice a lot of flight traffic noise. Check-in was quick and the staff was courteous and wanted to make sure we were all set for transportation to the airport. All in all a great experience. « less

Staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. "Bistro" is very very good. Really nice healthy food choices available for all day and into the evenings. Food prepared fresh to order.[ Across the street,in walking distance is a new clean SUBWAY open during the day. It appears to be closed in the evening after work hours.] Room was spacious and very clean. Nicely decorated.Secure parking.Pool available outside.Limited excercise room. Very quiet during day but at night about 12AM you will hear the FEDX planes take off and land all night long until about 6AM. Did not notice air travel noise during day and evening. But location is "at the airport" so this isn't too bad. Would definately return to this Courtyard if I am ever in Memphis again!! « less
