Property Description

Only luxury hotel outside the city of Chicago. New Build Construction: Opened September 2008. Entire first floor functions as a working art gallery with changing exhibitions. Three restaurants on-site: McCormick's and Schmick's, Capital Grille and Fresco 21. Live Entertainment Venue on-site with comedic and musical acts. Minutes away from O'hare International Airport, 1 block from the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center. Next door to the Rosemont Theater, 2 miles away from the Allstate Arena. 556 guest rooms, 34 Meeting Rooms; including 4 ballrooms, 2 junior ballrooms, 9 permanent board rooms.
