There were holes in the covers. The room had a funny smell. generally, it was unclean and uncomfortable. I called the 1-800 and was told someone would call me the same day but they didn't. I also spoke to the front desk and they said they could do nothing. They advised all the rooms were the same and they could not refunded me or give me a discount. My initial contact was with the receptionist who made it clear to me that she was tired and irritable. My room was left uncleared on 4/18 and after numerous pleas and requests to speak to management I was repeatedly asked to give them my number and someone named Reena? Would give me a call! Today is 4/21 and I have yet to hear from someone. I an very disturbed and highly dissatisfied with staff and service at this hotel!!!!!!!!! « less

It was a Saturday and I was informed that no house keeping staff was available to assist me because they were all off for the day and I could not even pick up what I needed from the front desk because they did not have access to any extra supplies. Bath tub did not look clean. Non-smoking room smelled like stale smoke. Ice bucket with no liner and a hole in it. Hotel faced the side of a Super 8 Motel. Would not recommend staying here. « less

Staff was very friendly but only the people at the front desk spoke english. Had to have maintenance come in and to repair sink, bathtub, and door lock it took almost half an hour to explain to him what was wrong since he spoke no english although he was very nice. Housekeeping is the same no english but nice. I have no problem with foreigners but if you are going to work in a customer based business SPEAK ENGLISH, not a difficult request. Would be a big impressive business practice to have corporate give them classes. Key card for room had to be reset 5 out 7 days. power went out 3 times had to wait 4 hours to get them to reset breaker. Kids wanted to set up xbox to TV but impossible since there is no option for input. It is old tube tv as well. Great WiFi which amazed me « less
