I stayed here for a weed while on business. The staff was friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. I didn't have time for the indoor pool but it looked great. The morning breakfast included standard hotel type breakfast food, but it was prepared with more care and the selection changed each day. « less

Booked directly on hotel website. Came into town late after road closure on a snowy night so the quick check-in was very appreciated. I had a king suite at the end of the hall - quiet. Full kitchen, TV area with couch and separate bedroom with adjoining bath. Decor was tasteful and adequate. Very good night's sleep. Everything was exceptionally clean except for one small spot they missed - which I don't want to detail...Breakfast was plentiful, Eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy, waffles, assorted breads, fruits, cereals - quite good. Nice common areas for small groups to meet, good business center, I'm told the afternoon reception with food & drink is nice but my business ran too late for me to take advantage of it. I much prefer this property to others I have stayed in recently in Fort Wayne. Nice stopping point on my way back from Pennsylvania/Ohio business. « less

The hotel is clean and appears to be run well. The staff was very friendly and also accommodating. We booked with a discount code through Orbitz, so weren't able to specify room location. They already had us assigned to a room when I arrived, but willingly transferred us to a room on the other side so we weren't right next to the highway. Pool is adequate for a hotel, but unfortunately 10 unsupervised children were screaming their lungs out when I took my daughters there after dinner. It wasn't the hotel's fault, as the front desk is away from the pool and they wouldn't be aware of the issue. But we did appreciate the abundance of towels there and plenty of chairs for adults to sit on when their children are in the pool. Breakfast was your typical hotel spread, but warm and no complaints. There is plenty of restaurants around, as well as a decent outside mall close by. We weren't able to visit the mall as we were in town for a two day basketball tournament, but wouldn't hesitate to stay again. « less

This hotel is clean and although not luxury by any means, is still a very nice hotel. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. We stayed during a holiday when most of the extended stay guests were gone so the hotel was really quiet. I asked for a top floor room since we have two young children who need their sleep and they put us on the top floor next to the stairwell with no rooms next to us so we heard no noise our whole stay. The breakfast buffet was very clean and had some different options each day- we all found something we liked even though it's pretty standard free hotel breakfast. We used the pool which is a good size for a hotel (goes to 5ft) but their heater in the hot tub was broken which was a disappointment. We loved having the separate sitting area with a pull out couch for the kids so we could stay up when they went to bed. The bed was pretty soft though so for anyone liking a harder bed it will be uncomfortable. The location is good for being close to the highway but unfortunately our room faced the highway and the windows are very thin so we did hear a lot of highway noise. This is definitely a place we would consider staying in again. « less

We stayed there over Christmas and also rented the small meeting room for our party with family. Our suite was very clean and well stocked with kitchenware. The full size refrigerator and two burner stove came in very handy. Beds very comfortable. The meeting room was clean and quiet and close to the restrooms (we had small children, so that was very useful). The desk staff were all very courteous and genuinely interested in our personal needs. Price was a little more than I wanted to pay for the meeting room, but it did work well for us. The only problem was probably not within the hotel's control or at least within their ability to preduct: it snowed in the afternoon and evening of one day and their snow removal service chose 10:30 to 11"30PM to do their job. Their trucks seemed to have no mufflers and as I watched them out the window the guys kept scraping the same pavement over and over and over -- way beyond the point that all of the snow was gone. Hope they are not paying them by the hour....This noise was the reason for the lower rating on "sleep quality" -- the beds are wonderful! « less
