The rooms we had were very spacious and comfortable seating. The bed was too firm and uncomfortable for us . But we managed to get a few hours of sleep. My husband thinks there should be something placed on the doors to keep them from slamming all night long. That was keeping us up also. The desk staff was very pleasant and helpful. We were there for a wedding and very happy to get a discount rate. I did not like the coffee in the room , it was pretty weak - no flavor. The spa/hot tub did not work- it did one night but not the next day .( I did try the wall dial )thank you. « less

We stayed at the Wingate as part of a wedding block. They could not have chosen a better location. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast served each morning was delicious and coffee seemed to be avaialble all day. The breakfast area provided a great gathering spot for all of our family members and the large screen TV's were helpful for news updates. Great location - easy to find off the interstate, and there's a Wendy's and a Buffalo Wings restaurant within very close walking distance. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool and the hot tub was clean and comfortable. The guest rooms were quite large, there were ample amenities and friendly housekeeping staff. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property. « less
