Used the park and fly package and enjoyed a modern, well done room. The airport parking is directly accross the street with immediate shuttle to the airport. Have stayed in other area hotels and decided to try SpringHill because it is newer. The room hit the mark are comparable to other rooms we have stayed in nearby but was much newer and more modern. Since the price is the same, it is just a better buy. « less

I booked this hotel due to the proximity to the airport and the park and fly feature. The hotel was very clean and modern looking. It is nestled among other hotels. There is a restaraunt in the hotel next to it within walking distance. navigating the roads leading into the hotel area and crossing over to the parking lot prove a little challenging but we made it. There is a nice common area and a small bar for drinks in the lobby. After settling in for the night I realizes the occupants across the hall were in a festive mood. This wasnt a problem at first. However, since I had to catch an early flight and needed to get some sleep I needed some quiet. I layed in bed for over an hour listening to their yelling, laughing, and slamming doors before I called the front desk. The attendant came up and politely asked them to keep it down. That lasted all of 5 minutes. I think they eventually tired out around 1 a.m. Then I woke up to whoever was in the room above walking back and forth for an hour. So I question how sound proof the building is. I made sure to let the desk know my displeasure when I checked out. The room itself was very unique and The stool and showers had separate rooms. There was a nice little living room area as well. Had I not been in a room across from the party it may have been a better stay. « less

It was very difficult to decide on a rating for this hotel. The shuttle service was perfect, the front desk people were wonderful, the room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the noise from planes didn't bother me a bit. But I HATED the bathroom arrangement, and it amazes me that more reviewers didn't mention this. The bathroom was waaaaay too close to the foot of the beds. The light shining through the translucent doors not only shows the outline of the person using the bathroom but also shines right into your roommate's eyes at 3 a.m. in the morning. (Don't mean to offend anyone, but let's be honest here--there is also the issue of bathroom sounds and smells being RIGHT THERE.) Normally I love SpringHill Suites, but I won't return to this particular one unless I'm traveling solo. « less

My husband and I checked in on 2/23/13 for one night. The lobby appeared to be very clean and it had a nice fireplace. Upon entering our room, we found it to be energy efficient because we had to put our key in the energy slot by the door to turn on the lights. The room was a typical Springhill Suite and seemed to be clean until I stepped into the bathrooms. The bathroom with the toilet in it appeared to have some splatters of (only God knows) what on the wall and there were clippings of toe nails by the toilet. DISGUSTING! Then I go into the bathroom with the shower and their was mold growing up the bathroom wall. YES, MOLD! I immediately called the front desk and they came up to inspect. We were only going to be there for one night and we were busy getting ready for a concert, so we did not have time to change rooms, etc. So we opted to deal with the room for the night. Well, at least the bedding was clean and the beds were comfortable. « less
