My stay at the Holiday Inn Rochester Marketplace was very good. The location was easy to find and very convenient. The room was great with the exception of the noisy fan on the heater. Breakfast was awesome. Lisa and Luis in the dining room were extremely helpful and made an awesome omelette. I would recommend this hotel for others. « less

I have stayed at numerous Holiday Inn facilities; this one is the best. All of the staff are friendly and very helpful. Lisa, the Breakfast Hostess, is very accommodating and friendly--great way to start my morning. The Room was comfortable upon entering--not freezing cold. Greatly appreciated the refrigerator and microwave in the room. It seems that these accommodations are getting less available. Access to and from the Thruway was easy. « less
