Rooms are large and clean. Bed was comfortable. Staff very courteous. Nice morning hot breakfast that lasts from 6am to 10 am. Carts available to haul luggage. Automatic charge for safe in room was removed by clerk at checkout when I questioned it. Overall, a very nice place to stay. Will book again if in the area. « less

The staff is very helpful and is always friendly. The location is good right of the interstate in a safe area with many restaurants and places for shopping. I stay here several times a year and plan to continue to do so anytime I am traveling in the area. There is free continental breakfast which is a nice addition for the price. « less

Stopped in Collinsville on my way east and stayed here for the evening. Overall, it was a pretty average experience, my room wasn't too noisy from people above or below me, there was a pool, game area, and comfortable beds. The fitness room was pretty decent which is difficult to come by in hotels usually. They didn't have a toy treadmill which was great! and there were weights too. Breakfast had a lot of options and grapes, apples, bananas and oranges! « less
