As a former resident of Fayetteville, I'm rather well aware of the city and its hotel offerings. When I come back to visit friends, it's important I find a pet-friendly hotel to accommodate my two dogs. They are part of my family, and I love that the staff is warm and friendly to them just as much as my husband and me! The TownePlace Suites offers full suites in every room. The design and decor of the room is very welcoming and feels like home. The hotel is very clean with a great, central location to shopping and restaurants. It's nice having all the amenities as home-- my husband and I were pleasantly surprised when we discovered the room's kitchen is fully stocked with items, even down to things like a bottle opener or corkscrew! « less

I would like to recognize a staff member who really took the time to help me with making reservations during an emergency situation. My house flooded and my family and I were not able to stay in our home and Jasmine at the front desk was a true blessing to me. Having a family of four is very hard to find accommodations for in Fayetteville, I should know I work at a hotel in town as well. She made a stressful situation so much easier by making everything as easy as possible by speaking to my insurance company and taking care of everything for me. I look forward to staying here for our month long stay...many many thanks Jasmine!!! « less

While visiting Fayetteville on business I resided in the TownePlace Suites and the ladies at the desk had a very friendly attitude and took care all twenty of our rooms without any problems. I want to thank the ladies worked the night shift also for their hospitality. The roomI was assigned was in the right spot next to the elevators and stairs. The rooms was cleaned daily if you needed and the linen was changed regularly. I would definetly visit this hotel again. « less
