My stay at this property was just about perfect. I stayed 4 nights with my 18 year old daughter and her best friend. The location is great - one block from the beach and up the street the lively restaurant scene.
Our room was large with two balconies. We had views of the ocean as well as the pool. The room included a full kitchen - best was the ice maker in the freezer!
There was plenty of food and a good selection at the breakfast buffet included with the room. Since my teenagers slept late, I brought them breakfast to the room.
Most impressive was the staff. Everyone I encountered was cheerful, friendly and very helpful. I recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a low-key vacation with easy access to the beach. « less

Hotel is great, if you need a little more space, it is a great place to stay - you have a kitchen with full size fridge, etc. Rooms are clean. Bed is not the most comfortable - can feel the springs. Nice balconies - mostly face the city view but still, nice to have some fresh air in your room. pool is ok - small, nothing special but close to beach, which is nice. a little far from restaurants and bars on Atlantic but still walkable. « less

Great place if you're coming to Delray Beach. It's about 2 blocks from the beach (one of the best in Florida). And, it's right on Atlantic Avenue so you're only a couple of steps away from the 30 odd restaurants that populate the Ave. Very friendly staff and they are pet friendly although I'm sure you have to pay the Marriott tax. They also have a better than average breakfast included. Only minus I saw was that the pool area didn't have a lot of sun for most of the day (but that's what the beach is for). « less

We attend a week long conference in Miami twice a year and on the drive north we try to stay two "wind down" days in Delray Beach. We love the experience at this Residence Inn. Centrally located, clean, staff friendly.
During the weekend it can be quite crowded with families and this makes for some chaos in morning at the breakfast bar. We generally try to pick up a few thing ahead of time and eat in our room. The staffing at breakfast is inadequate as a result of the large crowd.
Rooms are modern,clean and the beds are comfortable. Located a block from beach and on the "main drive" in Delray. Delray is a nice relative low key destination between the "high" key Boca and Palm Beach.
Only complaint was very minor, I am a gold Marriott member and I expected a "comp" WSJ was told that only USA Today was Comp. Not big deal but did not feel the "gold" category was given much recognition. « less
