After 2.5 years, we were back and so pleased to see excellence remains a constant! We were in a Queen Studio Suite (unfortunately no upgrade for Priority membership) whereas last time we were in a 1 bedroom suite. There is a difference in size but this was still a good stay. Love the hot water and walk-in shower. Towels changed, trash emptied, and bed made daily.
Quiet and safe location with beautiful lake views. Convenient to all activities in Hot Springs but away from the hustle and bustle.
Breakfast is very nice although seating is very limited. Great coffee and containers were kept filled and hot. Would have liked chocolate milk in addition to white. Very pleasant staff. There are Manager Receptions on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday evenings. We ate at the Tuesday reception--chicken fajitas with the fixings. It was very good. Just wish there had been something sweet to top it off :)
Internet access was fine. We did not try the pool, exercise room, or laundry on this trip. « less

A great staff, clean rooms, good location, everything you are looking for.
The price is a bit high so on our very extended trip we only stayed her for a few days. This is a nice hotel for bringing the mother in law or business partners, but if you are on a budget there are a few really nice hotels like this in the area, with a bit lower prices (see my other reviews).
Still, I do highly recommend this hotel. There was nothing wrong at all, just expensive. « less

This hotel is so nice! We spent the day at the horse races, and then dropped off our bags at the hotel before going out for dinner. If we hadn't been starving, we wouldn't have left the hotel at all... It appeared to be new-- so modern and more than comfortable. Every inch of the place seemed clean. Our room had a queen-sized bed, large flat screen TV, sofa, and a full kitchen. The bathroom was roomy with a huge shower. We were served a free breakfast in the downstairs dining area. I regret that we only stayed one evening, and that it was cold and rainy, because we had a nice view of Lake Hamilton. I would have enjoyed spending some time outside, if it had been possible. The hotel is in a great location on Hwy 7, near restaurants, shopping, and the lake. « less
