Proximity to the airport and shuttle service made it easy for colleagues using air travel to get to the hotel. All in all, a very positive experience for our group. Stayed for one night when picking up my mother from O'hare after her international flight.I was looking for a great location that's close to the airport yet quiet encough, a comfortable bed, and convenient parking. Hampton Inn Chicago O'hare got them all, and more! The staff are very warm and helpful.The airport shuttles are effecient with warm drivers. The lobby is large and elegent, and the room is big, clean, and effecient. Full cable, FREE internet, FREE parking (you don't get that often in Chicago), and FREE breakfast. The HOT breakfast was one of the best I've had at hotels where breakfast is included. To make it better, there was an Asian corner at the breakfast bar with white rice, kimchie, and various Japanese dressing and seasoning. My mother was very pleased with our stay. And when she's happy, I am happy! « less

Stayed two nights while in the Chicago area visiting friends. My husband and I shared a king bed with our 3 year old. And got a hotel crib (Pack N' Play) for our 5 month old. The crib was delivered and set up quickly. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was okay. I've had better at other Hampton Inns. Since we were there over a weekend, perhaps the turnover wasn't as high as during the week for business travel. The price was reasonable. « less
