Hotel was clean, staff was friendly, and overall a nice hotel. However, the indoor pool was awful. Dirty and cloudy water and the enclosed area smelled so bad that it made us feel sick just walking around in that area. If you're not going to use the pool, the hotel is fine. But if you want to use the pool, I would not stay here. « less

every staff member went out of there way for me,and made me truly feel like my comfort and needs really mattered.I was traveling with an 8wk old and a 2 yr old.I forgot to stop and get apple juice for the 2yr old.,a staff member found keys and got some apple juice from me,even though it was way past breakfast! « less

The staff at the hotel were fantastic. The beds were warm and comfortable, everything in the room worked properly, and when I went downstairs to get a cup of hot water the front desk agent didn't hesitate to go and get me a fresh one! I would definatly reccommend staying there. « less

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Hampton. The room was very clean and the bed was really comfortable. All hotel staff that we encountered were very courteous, helpful and very professional even offering suggestions on nearby restaurants and shopping centers. I would highly recommend this hotel to all who have plans to visit this area. I am truly looking forward to my next stay at Hampton! « less

As a Diamond member I stay at a lot of Hampton Inn's over the course of a year. This location is seeing some wear. Very nice staff people but the hotel has upkeep issues with the rooms. Bathrooms show rust and caulking is missing where needed. More than likely will reserve another location next time I come to Louisville. « less
