This place was very good, the staff was friendly. The breakfast could have been better.
My wife and I stayed here in May of 2013. It was for our 3rd anniversary and we were vacationing and doing some theme parks. I mentioned in our reservation that it was our anniversary and we would like a room with a view of Sea World and on the top floor.
When we checked in they greeted us and gave us our room key. It was exactly what we requested and a great room. The second day of our stay we were out doing some fun stuff and when we came back sitting in front of the TV was an envelope and a tray with to shamu shaped rice krispie treats, nuts, and candies, and a stuffed shamu. We opened the envelope and it said, "Thank you for spending your anniversary with us". I thought this was one of the coolest things. The hotel gave us a gift. I will remember that for a long time.
At this hotel you are also able to get quick Que passes to sea world, which let you feel like royalty and skip the lines on the rides, and you get a 10% discount on food at the park. They have a shuttle that will take you to the parks, and bring you back.
I would say that this place was a great place to stay. I would recommend this place to everyone going to Orlando. « less

Just back from a great stay at Fairfield Inn at Seaworld.
Really liked the hotel it's a great position being so close to Seaworld. We walked to Aquatica which is only 10 minutes away, and Seaworld is about 20 minutes. Although there are regular free shuttles running there too.
You can get free fast passes for Seaworld at the hotel.
Reception staff were very friendly and helpful.
Great to have free wifi which was a good speed, free car parking, and included breakfast.
Try and get a Seaworld view as you get a great view of Kracken and Manta.
Plenty of places to eat in walking distance as there isn't much choice for food at the hotel.
Only negatives was the breakfast choice, at the beginning there was fresh fruit salad but that seemed to dry up after a couple of days, and having to use plastic cutlery, cups and plates. Water not hot enough to make tea at breakfast.
No safe in the room although you can get one at reception.
Towels were poor quality, quite thin.
None of this would stop me returning when I'm back in Florida although I think I'd upgrade to a better room next time with a seating area as there wasn't really anywhere to sit in my room except on bed or at desk. « less

After deciding to stay in this hotel I realized how great it was. I stay with my girlfriend in a king size bedroom and everything was perfect, all clean, comfortable and even the surroundings were always clean and in perfect shape. The housekeeping personal was really nice all the time and did a really great job. Everything is near it is really good located. Pool is amazing and we didn't have the chance to have any breakfast unfortunately but still if I decide to go up to Orlando again for sure this will be the first on my list to stay. « less

My husband, 7 year old son and myself stayed for a lovely 2 week break during the April school holidays. We found the hotel to have a relaxed atmosphere, clean and tidy offering a great location for the many parks. Staff were friendly and helpful especially the kitchen/dining. The complimentary breakfast was appreciated and all things considered we found the selection excellent (we did speculate on the wonder of breakfast in previous reviewers' homes - come on guys!) The free shuttle buses were great and always on time however the last pick-up time does not allow you to stay for the fireworks. We therefore stayed for the Magic Kingdom firework display (not to be missed) and got the Lynx bus No. 50 back to SeaWorld. You have a 10 minute walk back at the side of the road, fine if you watch your step (we bought a light stick when leaving Disney World). You can also get the Lynx bus No.37 from Universal Studios and then transfer to a No.8 again to SeaWorld. Cheaper option but you do need to be careful crossing the road for the transfer bus. Our son just loved the hotel pool and we have some treasured photos of him splashing about. We also had great fun at Aquatica but would recommend the floatation jackets as some of the water pools are faster moving than you expect! All in, we had a fab time on our first visit to Orlando, in a hotel that offered everything you need in a great location. We have all agreed we must come back soon and will most definitely come back to the Fairfield. Can't wait! « less

I stayed here for a week with my husband and brother and it was the perfect base for our first holiday to Orlando. The staff were friendly and mostly helpful. We had a room on the 4th floor which had 2 large comfy double beds. Plenty of storage (large chest of drawers, built in wardrobe, desk and bedside table). The room and bathroom were clean, the room did have a bit of a funny smell but only noticed it when returning to the room, it might have been from the air con. The complimentary breakfast was fine and you could still have something healthy if you wanted. There was fruit, cereal, yoghurts, juice and also the stodge of waffles, bagels, muffins, toast etc. There was a hot item everyday usually a variety of eggs but sometimes sausage. The pool area was great, fine for the time of year we went but i can imagine it getting very busy in the holidays. There is a laundry which we used a dry some clothes large tumble dryer that only cost a dollar, really good if you were staying longer and want to limit luggage. We used the shuttle to Universal, this was fine for our needs. The hotel is near a number of food places and on the I ride trolly route so it is easy to get around from here. I hope to be able to return to this hotel in the future. « less
