Group decision on city location will be made on 20 May, 2013 so we cannot commit to any hotel before that date. -Hotel should be within 30 minutes of Myrtle Beach -Ideally the hotel will have free transportation to and from the airport as well as a complimentary breakfast. -We will REQUIRE meeting space for the duration of the event (Thursday-Sunday), see below for details. - This is a reunion/ memorial service for a group of survivors from a ship that was sunk in the closing days of World War II. Very few men made it off the ship and meet annually to honor their fallen comrades. In addition to the above requirements, we will require a hospitality suite (meeting room) for approximately 20-30 people maximum for the duration of our stay. There may be some who will require handicapped access rooms. |

Our resort is located on 27 secluded oceanfront acres. The bid is for our deluxe standard rooms which have 2 queen beds oceanview with private balcony, full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, iron and board, in room safe, and free WIFI. If interested in our sleeping room bid, info prices and menus on our meeting and banquet spaces can be provided. We have 6 pools incl. indoor and outdoor pools, kiddie pools and 2 lazy rivers.
