-Ideally the hotel will have free transportation to and from the airport as well as a complimentary breakfast. -We will REQUIRE meeting space for the duration of the event (Thursday-Sunday), see below for details. - This is a reunion/ memorial service for a group of survivors from a ship that was sunk in the closing days of World War II. Very few men made it off the ship and meet annually to honor their fallen comrades. In addition to the above requirements, we will require a hospitality suite for approximately 10-15 people maximum for the duration of our stay. There may be some who will require handicapped access rooms. |
