We start off by holding 10 rooms per night and add more once it fills if rooms are available. There is no financial obligation, meaning that you won't owe us a single penny if rooms don't book! Your guests will have until 30 days prior to make their reservations. After that date, we release the rooms in your block. A contract can be done to guarantee a larger number of rooms; however, you will be required to be responsible for a 80% attrition and cancellation. At the cut-off date above, a review of the guest room block will determine any monies owed at that time. Lastly, funds are to be collected or refunded post the event based on the final rooms utilized. We accept gift bags to be dropped off for guests the Thursday prior to arrival for a $5.00 per bag fee.
