The bid is for our standard room in a three story bldg without elevators which has two queen size beds oceanview with private balcony, full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, iron and board, in room safe, and free in room wireless internet. I would like to offer you a rate of $46.00 in a standard room in one of our tower buildings with elevators. We have 6 pools including indoor and outdoor pools, kiddie pools, and lazy river.
