We actually need a place to hold the reunion. The number of ppl attending could vary. We are looking at a turn out of atleast 100 since there are over 300 in the class. We were hoping for it to be catered if possible. If not then we would need to bring in outside veggie and meat trays. We would like to offer attendees a chance to contact the hotel and reserve a room either for the weekend or the night of the reunion. Thank you for your response in advance. |
