Our Helen's Bridge Ballroom is available for the price of $500.00 per day. This meeting space is 1,700 sq ft and can accommodate 70 people in banquet rounds. Our Hilton Garden Inn Asheville Downtown offers 128 newly constructed guest rooms and 12 tastefully appointed premium Kings and is located within walking distance to several eateries, shopping, and breweries. We are 15 minutes north of Asheville Regional Airport. The Hotel is conveniently located just off Interstate 240 in the downtown district and is just minutes away from the biggest North Carolina attraction, Biltmore Estate.

Hello and thank you for your interest in our Lodge! All of our rooms are suites. They all include a Kitchen with Full size microwave, refrigerator, stove top and granite countertops. I can offer you a discounted rate of $119+ tax a night, for the "Run of the House"....all room types. Our King Bed Suites include a Living room area with a sleeper sofa, a kitchen and 2 TVs, 2 ceiling fans. Our rooms with 2 Double Beds, also include a kitchen. We do not require a deposit for a Group Block, the rooms will come off hold 6 weeks before your event date, and there is no charge for any rooms not booked by your guests. Breakfast is included with each room stay as well. And some one is at our front desk 24hrs a day. We do have a large meeting room that comes with all tables, chairs, tablecloths, and any AV you may need. We also have a Chef on site to cater any meals you may need while here with us.
