  • Hyatt Centric Downtown Minneapolis, 4 Star/4 Diamond hotel, is the former Grand Hotel nestled in the heart of Downtown Minneapolis. We are attached to the skyway system giving climate-controlled access to the Convention Center, US Bank Stadium, Target Center and more. The building was the original Minneapolis Athletic Club that was converted into the Lifetime Fitness Flagship facility for many years before the hotel conversion. Due to the historic nature of the building, the guestrooms are very spacious and with the full renovation in September 2020, the hotel feels and looks like new. Most rooms are standard king bedded rooms. The hotel has a total of 18 rooms with 2 Queen Beds. We have up to 20 Rollways at one time and also 18 King Suites with a pullout sofa sleeper. Parking or shuttle are not included with the stay but can be booked on your own.
