Our All-Suite property is conveniently located just off I-80/I-35 and University Ave, in the heart of West Des Moines! We offer some of the largest suites in the area at no more of a cost than the traditional hotel!
Each Suite has a full kitchen with all major appliances, cooking utensils and place settings for 4 guests. Just off the kitchen is the living area with fold-out sofas and overstuffed chairs, and many rooms with a fireplace. The bedroom area is separate with pillow-top mattresses and 2 closets that adjoin to the private bathroom. Suites range from nearly 500 sq ft to almost 1,000 sq ft!!
Our meeting space is 500 sq ft and can accommodate groups up to 30 guests. We have many options of set-up styles, as well as A/V equipment rentals and a full catering menu!
Our board room can accommodate groups of 6 guests.
