Located 7 minutes’ drive from My Old Kentucky Home State Park, Americas Inn Bardstown is located in Bardstown, Kentucky. Free Wi-Fi access is available.

This is a very clean and well kept up hotel. The proprietor was extremely nice and very helpful. The location was great for visiting Barbstown and Maker's Mark Distillery, however, it is right off the highway and you can hear the traffic, but we bring earplugs wherever we travel. They have a comfortable bed, great shower, nice big tv, refrigerator and coffee pot. We would definitely stay here again.

Bardstown is a lovely little town in the heart of Bourbon country, great for a weekend trip! Some lovely restaurants and some not so good ones. Talbot Inn was very hyped up but did not live up to it's reputation. Mammy's was awesome !

Our trip this time was just 1 night but I have visited before. The downtown has nice shops, the distilleries are fun to visit. Also Stephen Foster home & park. So happy to see that they have now acknowledged that enslaved people built and maintained the place or it would not exist.

The location of the Talbott Inn was directly in the heart of downtown. The restaurant and bar was adjacent to the Inn. We had excellent service in the restaurant and the food was great. We ordered a flight of bourbon which was a fun way to sample the different bourbons! We stayed in the Jesse James room which was on the second floor. There was an elevator that went up to the second floor.

Hotel and room were very clean upon arrival. Desk clerks were all friendly and helpful. Location good, close to "downtown" Bardstown where there were several little local shops to poke around in. Note that you are not within walking distance to any bars if that is what you are looking for.
