We loved the convenience of early check in . The staff was phenomenal all around at the front desk, restaurant and pool bar. We really loved the shuttle driver as well he was very friendly. Although our stay was only for one night, we would definitely revisit this location and stay in Orlando longer. Thank you

Attached to the mall, that’s why we booked it. Very easy to walk. Reception staff was very good, managed to check us in early (Thank you Nicki!). Complementary water bottles and coffee/tea. Enough charging options via USB. Overall rooms were fine.
