I enjoy the atmosphere, and I appreciate the staff being helpful, and hospitable. In times when things are just falling apart, it is helpful to have a company that makes you feel at home and respect your space. I highly recommend this location if you ever travel to Michigan, A-1 in my book!!! The bed was super uncomfortable, and the room wasn't very clean. The people above us kept us up all night. We checked out early to move to a new hotel, and the manager basically tried to tell us that we could not have a refund for the 2 nights we didn't stay. It took a lot of talking to get her to issue a refund, but we still have not seen a refund for that, nor have we gotten the refund for the deposit.
