Hotel was filthy. Took three tries to get me to a room that either wasn’t already occupied, or looked like it had been trashed by a frat party and not yet cleaned. AVOID AT ALL COST!

Traveled to Raleigh for the Animazement Convention.
Traveled to Raleigh for the Animazement Convention. We also visited the Raleigh Farmer's Market and gave ourselves a tour of NC State campus.
We got take-out at Jack's Seafood and Soul Food. Not as good as our last visit but the place was slammed so maybe that's why.
Getting around Raleigh is fairly easy with a navigation system.

Raleigh was great there were ten of us total, in the Marriott, we got around town fairly easy, beautiful city, Mariott was centrally located.
Parking was not easy anywhere as it was N C State graduation, but at the hotel, it is misrepresented, we were charged $15 per day in advance and you had to pay every time you left the garage or you could not get out, I ended up paying another 46.00. The restaurants we visited were upscale and beautiful, food was great!! Breakfast at the Hotel every morning was very nice and plentiful, and a great staff. I used Booking dot com. for my reservations and have yet to get a printed-out billing, had to pay upfront in advance, but the rest of our group booked right online with the Marriot and was able to get a copy of their billing.
I don't like that part, I should have received a detailed billing.

Location is perfect ,and its a good hotel.we just have one problem the toilet making too much noise kept running water specially at night you need to sleep but noise makes our stay not 100% perfect? We did told the staff but no resolution or they didn’t fix it?
Anesia at the front desk was the best part of the hotel, she was very helpful and extremely attentive to all our needs and concerns! She takes a lot of pride in her job and it showed from the first day thru our last day! She even gave me her personal number and when I contacted her when she had already clocked out for the day she quickly responded with an answer! This girl deserves all the credit!! I hope to meet up with her in our future travels just not at this hotel unfortunately! Best wishes girl you were amazing!!!!
- It was easy to take our items to and from our car, as the apartment isn't far from the main door.
- The location is nearby the Raleigh convention center, our location for our trip, and offers plenty of parking for the complex.
- The price is far cheaper then any hotel in the area as far as we could tell by our research.
- The apartment is decked out with plates, forks / spoons / knives, cups, and plenty of other items for everyday kitchen life
We arrived around 9PM. Donovan in the reception was very professional.
He provided us the room keys and other information. The room was bigger than most other hotels we have stayed. The bed were supposed to be queen size, but they seemed smaller, but I can't be sure. The room and the hotel was clean in general, but not super clean. But then again I guess you get what you paid for.
Breakfast was ok, nothing that stands out from other hotels.
As downtown Raleigh was over-booked/-priced for the weekend, we found this reasonable option N of the city. The property was relatively clean w/ contemporary decor and basic modern amenities in our room. This location was right across the street from a nice shopping-center w/ good grocery and fast-casual dining options, but also right off a main road + highway to get you downtown or elsewhere fairly easily.
I came to Raleigh to move my daughter to NC State University and found this location nearby the place she is renting a student apartment. This was just the perfect place, lovely tucked in the beautiful forest with all facilities nearby, easy parking and easy access - the place was sparkling clean, convenient, comfortable and just perfect for the purpose I had in mind.
The staff was great - friendly and helpful with recommendations for local things to do and places to eat. It's a great location for walking throughout downtown Raleigh. Very fun vibe as an updated motor lodge. The cocktail lounge was well-provisioned with a nice patio. Free and easy parking ... it's a motor lodge!

I REALLY LIKE THIS HOTEL THIS IS MY SECOND TIME STAYING AND I WOULD TRY AGAIN. I AM SURE CUSTOMER SERVICE TRIED THEIR BEST BEING THEY SEEM TO BE VERY BUSY. MONEY IS TOO HARD TO COME BY FOR THINGS THAT SHOULD BE CHECKED BEFORE THE CUSTOMER GETS TO THE ROOM BE TAKEN CARE OF.
This property is an easy drive to just about anyplace you want to go in Raleigh. I’ve stayed here a number of times over the years. Visited the Natural Museum of Art while the Golden Mummies exhibit was going on. I t was just a few miles from the hotel. Great location.
Nice for a cheap and easy stay. I just needed somewhere to rest at night, so there wasn't a need for many commodities. 15 minutes from Downtown Raleigh and the Crabtree Mall is essential right next door. Many shopping centers nearby.
I went to a concert at the red hat amphitheater and this hotel was very close, clean, and the man at the front desk was very helpful. 10/10 recommend and will be back when i’m in Raleigh again.
We loved this hotel. Close to everything and the staff was super friendly. They have a great bar and complimentary coffee in the am. Overall we had a wonder experience.
the front desk staff were lovely. the hotel was next to 2 great restaurants - the greek taverna Agora and the beautiful Second Empire. The bed was very comfortable
