The property was well located. They facilitated a free of charge early check in (around 8am) which was a godsend after our 16 hour flight from Australia. We enjoyed the S’mores night and could have happily spent more time around the facilities.

Staff was really friendly un helpfull. They gave advices about traveling in city. they helped to book other extra night in hotell , althought it was in other room, but still we were allowed to bring our bags early than check in time.

We found the location very central to all places heading out for Day trips as well as inside SF. It was next door to Union Square and walking distance to the Tram station. We walked to various Breakfast places nearby. It was a very short drive to the main highway of the Premium Outlet Mall at Livermore. Their restaurant seemed a little dull for dinner. The flatbread was amazing but we wanted to see people we stepped out a lot for meals
