"It wasn't what I expected from a four five star hotel."

I understand we are in Covid times and restrictions. But, our room had a horrible musty moldy dusty smell, along with the sheets and towels had this horrible smell in them. Called the front desk and his first response was he couldn't send anyone until sometime tomorrow to freshen the room. Then he suggested switching rooms at 10 pm where we had already settled in and no guarantee the next room and linens would be any better. Our first guess was it had not been used for months due to cover and they didn't refresh and remake the room for us. After, we called for fresh sheets and towels, the same smell was still there in the linens and towels, our 2nd guest was the linen room that was full and sitting there through cover times was not refreshed either and smelled of this musty moldy odor. There was a restaurant in the hotel but we couldn't understand why they did not provide room service and just deliver a covered t cart by the door. Not even the coffee maker and essentials were available in the room. They charged as a four five star, but thats not the service I received. Very unhappy.

I walked in and was greeted immediately! Bill was awesome! He got me checked in rather quickly, explained all the need to know information to me and signed me up for the Marriott Bonvoy program. He offered to have me be assisted with my luggage and said if I needed anything I shouldn’t hesitate to ask. I immediately felt comfortable and well taken care of. Everyone I came into contact with was professional, cordial and extremely helpful. They all went above and beyond and I will definitely be staying here again.

"Parking not guest friendly."

Parking was a problem. First, I was not made aware that there was an additional charge to park my car while a guest at the hotel. Second, the gates and key did not work properly. Third, this happen twice in one day, making you feel trapped in the parking lot. I reported it the front desk and they had to replace my key. Totally inconvenient and unnecessary.

We were greeted in the lobby with NewYears Eve drinks and warm smiles. Our view was amazing! We got there in time to watch the sun set. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
