Beyond beautiful area of Maui. We were fascinated by the small beaches and beautiful gardens. So many amazing places for meals.. pick up or dine in... most with amazing views.
Nature is at her very best all over this island!!

I have been staying here since it opened.
I have been staying here since it opened. Rented 3 rooms for our family. I think the BS resort fees charged today are simply rip off fees. As much as I love this property, and I can afford it, they have priced themselfs to high and I will not be returing again. I had requested rooms close, 2 were, and the 3rd was way off. Spending what I did they could and should have accommodated me. Much advanced notice. Remodel is nice and beds are much more comfortable now. Should have replaced the noisy corridor tile without the grout lines. Very loud when people move their suitcases.

We loved the area!
We loved the area! Amazing beaches, restaurants, shopping, and family activities/outings - so much to chose from. The owners provided everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. It was a bonus to have 2 full bathrooms. I especially enjoyed the early morning ocean view from the lanai to sit & enjoy my coffee in paradise!

Wailea was a great beach. It is large with soft golden sand.
Wailea was a great beach. It is large with soft golden sand. It’s exactly like I picture a beach should be. It never got too crowded and there was a small store that sold drinks, shaved ice and snacks. We drove here two of the four beach days we had. Our next trip we intend on staying close to Wailea.

We enjoyed the Gazebo Restaurant in Napili.
We enjoyed the Gazebo Restaurant in Napili. Also enjoyed Kihei Caffe and ate quite a few breakfasts there. Also 808 Grindz Cafe in Lahaina. We always go to Warren & Annabelle's Magic (and comedy) Show also in Lahaina. We have our own copy of Maui Revealed and were pleased that the most recent edition was in the condo, best Hawaii travel book, imo. We went whale watching with PacWhale Eco-Adventures which was wonderful but I would not recommend them for the Molokini Crater snorkeling adventure as we saw so little fish. The Reveal book states NOT to go to the center of the crater and that's exactly where PacWhale took us. We took a side trip to La Perouse Bay where we understand Bezos has a property - lucky him! We also enjoy going on a Costco run on the Islands - what an adventure that is!
We also made a run to Wailuki to purchase the best Banana Bread on the planet at Julia's Best Banana Bread.
That's all folks and thank you for letting me share!

Wailea is the best place to stay on Maui!!
Wailea is the best place to stay on Maui!! The weather is the best on the island, there are many excellent dining options, it is very safe and, when there’s not Construction near you, very quiet and relaxing. But be prepared to pay for these privileges. You get what you pay for and if you crave the best, this is the place for you.
Pool is well maintained and very good for family. Play area has mini golf, tennis and a couple of other activities and hotel provides all the equipment. Watching sunset over the grassy little hill in the resort with the mountains in the backdropped capped our experience. Lots of plants and flowers within the resort. There are some artificial waterfalls too. There were some barbeques in the common area too. We saw some people enjoy it but didn't use it ourselves. Overall, an awesome place, specially for family.
Our appartment was fully equiped like your house it was really incredible ... it was beyond our expectation (we even had some sun umbrellas and beach chairs). Very convenient to go to beach directly without crossing the road as for many others resorts in the area. The staff is super reactive and friendly : we had many requests and they always quickly adressed everything. The gardens are very nice. Location is great to get quick access to many nice beach and snorkeling spots.
The condo was absolutely gorgeous, the layout is perfect for family with bedroom separation and both having on suites. The furnishings were stellar.
The only downfall was the several days of construction early every morning walking us up. We probably would have stayed somewhere else, but then we wouldn't have had the space and Comfort we enjoyed. We will recommend this to friends and family traveling to the island of Maui.
The food store close to the hotel inside the deli sandwiches were fresh and emoyee were nice.
I liked the elevator was cleaned and sanitized every day. It is beautiful, there are a lot of flowers and trees aound the hotel. Beaches are beautiful not too fast away from hotel, and we can see the beach on our balcony, the view is fantastic!
Wish there was more of a breakfast with additional choices. We were glad that we could get a room on short notice and somewhat reasonable price. We are used to a few other hotels but glad we tried Wyndham.
We did not request a quiet room. Everything was done online quickly and easy. All the staff seemed happy and helpful.
We have stayed at this condo on previous trips to Maui, so we knew it was a good pick. Great location and you can see the ocean from the lanai. Condo is well appointed with everything you will need and the outdoor closet has plenty of beach gear. This unit will remain on our list of return to places to stay.
Everything was absolutely wonderful.
Very nice staff at the reception (thank you Rosie!) and many thanks to everyone at the reception desk !
in our last day it was a water break and guys was very professional and helpful!
Not our first time in Wailea but it was the nicest!
Absolutely worth the money!
Everything was perfect. We can't say better than : "What a Wonderful World"!
Eva and Jim are really welcoming, so nice and always ready to help. You will have everything you need to live your best time in Maui (laundry, kitchen, masks and snorkels...)
Couldn't find a better place.
Beautiful property, excellent location right in the middle of Wailea. Staff was super friendly. The facilities were family friendly and overall we had a great time. There was great snorkeling, even right from the beach in front of the Property. Would stay here again and again!
Super friendly staff. Clean rooms, floors were cleaned everyday, fresh towels. Starbucks in the hotel was great, fitness center was good. Close to the beach (5min walk).
Free water bottles and refills. Customer service hotline for whatever question might occur.
Staff were super friendly and the rooms were cleaned very well on a daily basis. Rooms were nice but a bit noisy (even after we changed to a quieter side of the hotel). The location is great, both beaches very accessible and lots to see and do in the area.
Very calm, few guests/m2 unlike other 5 stars. The bar with the view is the best on the island clearly. Rooms are in a perfect condition and very clean and very well designed. The included snacks and beverages are a big plus.
The hotel is great from every single detail and highly recommended for families with children for the activities in the hotel and the waterpark. Also it has excellent beach and white sand.
Can’t say enough good things about the AC Wailea. Vibes 10/10, food 10/10, staff 10/10, even their playlists were great. Highly recommend for anyone planning a trip to Maui.
Stunning view, great amenities on my favorite swimming beach in Maui! The place was very clean and the host had great recommendations and a nice welcome package.
