Beautiful property and location. The pod concept is modern and wonderful in theory, but besides the view, the place was not comfortable.

Breezy Beachfront Bali-Style Haven 180 Degree OceanView, hotel in Haleiwa

Breezy Beachfront Bali-Style Haven 180 Degree OceanView is located in Hauula, just a 9-minute walk from Punalu'u Beach Park and 4.4 miles from Polynesian Cultural Center.

We loved the low-key location of the unit, away from the hustle and bustle of Honolulu. Being right on the beach was fantastic and listening to the waves in the evenings/mornings. The unit was clean and had all the kitchen amenities that we needed during our stay. We were very appreciative of the provided coffee and the beach gear. Loved having a beautiful sunrise at our feet every morning!

Hummingbird Oceanfront Cottage, hotel in Haleiwa

Hummingbird Oceanfront Cottage is a recently renovated villa in Hauula where guests can make the most of the private beach area and water sports.

The location was great--small town Hawaii. It was a mile or so north to a grocery market and food trucks were nearby. I few low key restaurants were available, too.

2km long small beach town with lots of shopping and dining options from food trucks to full service restaurants. Home of surfers but didnt see many when I was there. Always windy and even a bit chilly at nights. Old town Haleiwa...it has some old architecture design shops here and there. Garlic shrimp and shaved ice are typical food truck menues, which make north shore famous for. A day trip may not be enough so you should plan at least overnight stay there!
