Front desk was great. Persons at the breakfast area cannot speak English. Juice was out and not refilled. First floor entrance was void if anyone or direction as to where check on was. The money came off my account since June 21 st 2023 and when I returned to my country saw that the spring hill suite by Marriot deducted again a 7 night stay . I paid 2 times for my stay . I contacted the hotel about an hour ago but the front desk said to call the manager tomorrow . I’m very frustrated at the moment . You can do the Hard Rock or the Beach, or BOTH IN THE SAME DAY! Since we arrived late and did not have much time to explore...
Since we arrived late and did not have much time to explore the area. We were told that there is a pizza restaurant about two blocks from the hotel. Since we did not find it, we asked a gas station attendant, he mentioned that the pizza was the best there. Gave us direction. Both these people who worked on the same street, did not know the restaurant was closed down. We met three individuals going on cruise coming back with leftovers. They recommended the Fish Grill restaurant next to our hotel. We found the food tasty. There is a Grumpy Gary restaurant opening soon, not far from the closed pizza restaurant.JudyCanada

For one it’s not a hotel, no signage, except for a little type written sign placed on the door. The yard was overgrown and filthy, the place seemed like someone’s house with a washer in the room. I co up as not stay there and they refused to give me a refund. Nothing there was likable.

It is a cheap hotel and has just a microwave and a fridge. Bed was ok. Hotel is outdated with very dusty sofa and other furnitures. The room had hair on the floor and floor was dusty too. I had to use Clorox wipes to clean the floor myself. Wish housekeeping did their job correctly and nicely. The front desk staff was very kind and nice.
